 Beneath Mount Yerer lays a suburb in the making, aspiring and thriving to provide its residents with a tranquil neighborhood. The Bole Beshale Community Village comprises 200 apartment homes and 88 villas at its first phase of construction, on a 50,000sqm plot.

Launched in 2009, a private real estate firm, Sunshine Real Estate Plc., undertook the project where no less than 200 residents have moved in by mid-2016. The second and third phases, to be erected on additional 50,000sqm plot, will see the building of 77 villas and 33 apartment blocs; indeed, robust construction work is underway.
